Request Data Deletion
Bug Out uses an anonymous account (no email or login). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Bug Out.
- In the lobby, tap the settings gear.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous Unity account (player id)
- Your display name
- Your friends list and requests
- Your skins, cosmetics, coin balance, career score and match statistics, both on your device and in the Unity Cloud Save backup attached to that account
- Your weekly leaderboard entry (it is keyed to the account being deleted)
- Our record of the items you bought in the game, including skins, the Starter Pack and the Remove Ads purchase
This removes all data the game holds about you. Nothing is retained afterward except where required by law.
Diagnostics and analytics data
Crash reports and app-usage events (Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics) are kept separately from your account. They contain no email, real name, or payment details, and they are tagged only with an anonymous identifier. They are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically — crash reports for up to 90 days, and analytics events for no longer than 14 months. If you want these purged sooner, email pexzu.games@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and we will remove them.
