Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Bug Out ("the game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the game except as allowed by law.
3. Your account and conduct
The game uses an anonymous account. You are responsible for how you use it. You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or modifications;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or use offensive display names;
- disrupt matches, servers, or other players' experience;
- attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
4. Virtual items and currency
The game includes virtual items (characters, skins and cosmetics) and a virtual currency ("coins"). Coins are earned by playing, by daily rewards and missions, by choosing to watch rewarded ads, and can be bought in coin packs with real money; they are spent in the in-game store. Some skins are sold directly for real money. Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or moved between accounts, and are licensed to you, not sold. Buying, selling, or trading accounts or virtual items outside the game is prohibited. Except where required by law, purchases of coins and virtual items are final and non-refundable once delivered; refunds for store purchases are handled by the app store under its policies. Unspent coins and unlocked items are forfeited if your account is deleted or terminated. We may change item prices, coin costs, and what the store offers at any time.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play, or the Apple App Store on iOS). We do not receive or store your payment details. The game currently offers:
- Coin packs (consumable). Three sizes: Handful of Coins, Pile of Coins, Hoard of Coins. The number of coins each grants is shown on its button in the in-game store at the time of purchase and may change. Consumable means the coins are delivered to your wallet and the pack can be bought again.
- Starter Pack (one-off, non-consumable). A discounted one-time bundle of coins, available once per account; the amount is shown on its card at the time of purchase.
- Character skins (one-off, non-consumable, one product per skin). A cosmetic look for one character. Prices are shown on the skin's card in the store and may change. A skin never changes how a character plays.
- Remove Ads (one-off, non-consumable). Permanently removes the between-match interstitial ads described in section 6 for your account. It does not remove the optional rewarded ads you choose to watch, and it does not grant coins.
Prices and availability may change; prices named here are US dollar reference prices and your store charges in your local currency. One-off purchases are tied to the store account that bought them and can be re-applied on a new device from Settings › Restore Purchases. Coins that have been spent are not restorable.
6. Advertising
The game is free to play and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. You may choose to watch rewarded ads in exchange for coins or cosmetic unlocks, and we may show interstitial ads between matches, on the game-over screen when you return to the lobby, subject to frequency limits. The Remove Ads purchase in section 5 permanently removes those interstitial ads. Ad content comes from third parties and is not created, controlled, or endorsed by us. What the ads software collects is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
The game is an online service and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We may add, change, or remove features and content without notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the game. You may stop using the game and delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete Account.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PexzuGames is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the game evolves. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
